Title: Skynet take over

Grin was launching the new Terminator 4 action game and wanted to cause a disruption among the gaming community.  Gamers are very hard to reach, however Grin has many followers due to what they are creating (video games). This was a way for them to reach out and communicate their biggest release of 2009.

The campaign started with a release of a news widget at www.grin.se. Once installed it did not take long before unexpected e-mails and cryptic messages from “The Resistance” started to show up in your inbox. (secretly activated by the widget)

On the launch date of the game suddenly Skynet, the fictional computer system in Terminator, took over all computers with the Grin widget installed...
